I’ve spent the last decade in Miami and Fort Lauderdale as a Stew and Chief Stew on yachts. Before that I worked in other areas of hospitality in Europe and the US. I’m fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and I wrap all this up together to create a truly global approach to luxury service.
